Go to My Computer(This Pc /Desktop) > Document > Euro truck Simulator 2 > Config.cfg

2nd Step :-

Search Notepad on windows search bar

3rd Step :-

Drug that Config.cfg file to Notepad

4th Step :

Find :-

Used_g_developer 0 

&

Used-g-consol 0

Change value 0 To 1

like

Used_g_developer 1

&

Used-g-consol 1 

5th step:-

Save This notepad

Open Game 

If you will press 0 key on keyboard your flying drone will be enable ...

Controller :-

Numberpad :-

8 = front

5 = Revase

4 = Left

6 = Right

9 = Up

3 = Down

Now If you press 0>f9>1 Then Your Vehical will be automatically Resized
